The Law Office of Richard C. Flanigan is located in the small town of Allenhurst located just north of Asbury Park, on the beautiful New Jersey shore. I am a sole practitioner who has served Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey, since 1991.

I concentrate on Elder Law including protecting my clients by providing them with estate planning services (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, as well as  probate and administration of estates.

My goal  is to provide each of my clients with reasonably-priced, quality legal counsel. Because I don't employ paralegals or legal secretaries, my clients get my focused personal service to enable them to best accomplish their goals.
